Our Return Policy

Returns

You have 35 calendar days to return an item from the date it was shipped from our store. To be eligible for a return, we must receive the exact same sapphire back in the original packaging. 

Refunds

We will confirm by e-mail that we received our sapphire back. Once we confirm that our original sapphire has been received, we will notify you that a credit has been processed under the same payment method the sapphire was originally purchased.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable.  All refunds will have the $7.99 original shipping fee deducted.
